XKNC-50GY排刀車銑復合機床是在50G基礎之上(shang),開(kai)發了Y軸動力(li)刀(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)以增強銑(xian)削功能,X向(xiang)或Y向(xiang)動力(li)刀(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)由普通排刀(dao)(dao)車床(chuang)可加(jia)裝的一把(ba)增加(jia)到兩把(ba)或是三把(ba),動力(li)刀(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)沿Y軸方向(xiang)進給,可以實現徑向(xiang)面加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、孔加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、端面槽加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、銑(xian)削及(ji)異(yi)型輪廓等復(fu)合加(jia)工(gong)(gong),并具(ju)(ju)備動力(li)刀(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)剛(gang)性攻絲(si)功能,真正實現了排刀(dao)(dao)車床(chuang)的車銑(xian)復(fu)合加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。


性能特點:


  • 1.高剛性(xing)

    1、床身為對(dui)稱式結構設計剛性足,主軸與Z軸居于床身中(zhong)間位置(zhi),有效(xiao)減(jian)小(xiao)熱変位對(dui)位置(zhi)精度(du)的(de)影響。

    2、HT300材質,其(qi)強度(du)高,耐磨性(xing)好,整體設計優(you)良、減震效果好。

    3、硬軌結構,接觸面均經過(guo)刮研處(chu)理,每平方英寸刮研點數一般12-14個,使剛性提高明顯。

    4、Z軸采用雙(shuang)山型滑動導軌,*滿足剛(gang)性要求高,加工范(fan)圍(wei)大(da)的自(zi)動化加工。

    5、特殊配置可選用(yong)內置電(dian)主軸(zhou), 內置電(dian)機主軸(zhou)Ф30規格主軸(zhou)轉速8000rpm,采用(yong)油熱交(jiao)換器冷卻,保證了(le)主軸(zhou)的高(gao)速高(gao)精度。適合于對精度、光潔(jie)度要求(qiu)較高(gao)的工(gong)件加工(gong),極大提(ti)高(gao)了(le)生產效率。

    6. CNC內裝PMC編程(cheng)功能(neng),對機床和外部設備進行(xing)程(cheng)序控(kong)制(zhi)。

    7. 隨機存儲模塊,可(ke)在CNC上直接改變PMC程(cheng)序和宏(hong)執(zhi)行器程(cheng)序。

    FANUC operating system
